Plantation Garden Preservation Trust

Plantation Garden is a popular spot for locals and visitors to both admire and relax in the tranquil surroundings of a tropical rainforest. It is an ideal place for families to spend time together, take part in educational programmes and discover the natural world via its extensive garden. Visitors can climb to the top of the park with the stairs at the back of the park and look down at the full view of the plantation garden.  Also called the Secret Garden, it’s easy to find, beside the Roman Catholic Cathedral on Earlham Road.

Whitlingham Country Park

Within the Broads, you will find Whitlingham Country Park. This Walking attraction is worth a visit whether you are cycling, walking, or riding your bike. Marriott’s Way

If you are seeking a route that will take you somewhere somewhat secluded yet still allow for some sightseeing and exercise, this walk is for you. The walk begins in the city centre where Barn Road meets Barker Street. However, if you are not quite up to the full 26 miles, there are 9 shorter circular routes to try.
