Note: No key needed on the main or first gate; just push a little harder to open as might get stuck due to weather conditions.

We would love for you to have a risk-free break at the apartment, but there are a couple of points
that would be useful to know during your stay.
In case of fire
There is a fire blanket provided within the kitchen area.
If possible, do immediate first aid fire fighting measures, but don’t put yourself at risk of injury. If the fire cannot be controlled, then vacate the property and if able please close windows and doors to control the spread of the fire. Then call 999 immediately. Whilst it is unlikely that you will need to evacuate the building, for your safety, we would suggest that you locate the above safety measures soon after your arrival.
*There are no scheduled fire alarm tests during guest stays, so if you hear an alarm, it is the real thing.
In case of Carbon Monoxide Alarm sounding
Evacuate the home immediately. If you are feeling unwell call 999 if it is an emergency.
If there are gas appliances in the property do NOT smoke, do NOT turn light switches on or off and
do NOT do anything to create a spark
Please call our emergency number outside of hours to advise us of the issue.
In case of flood
Should there be a need to turn off the water within the property, this can be located under the sink in the kitchen.
In the case of electrical supply
The consumer unit (fuse box) can be found in the hall downstairs entrance. Should any power need to be restored, please check the consumer unit first.
First Aid
There is a first aid kit in the kitchen. Please use what you need and message us so we can replace items for our future guests.
