Yes, as the owner, you’ll cover utilities (electricity, water, internet, council tax, etc.)—just like you would in a long-term rental.
💡 However, the higher income from short-term lets helps to offset these costs. There may also be tax-saving advantages, which we can advise on.
You’ll receive a monthly report on the 12th, and payments are made via bank transfer on the 15th of each month.
We ask for three months’ notice to end the agreement. If you need to exit earlier, there is a £499 termination fee to cover admin and cancelled bookings.
💡 Why do we charge this? Unlike other companies, we don’t charge an upfront setup fee, so a lot of time and effort goes into getting your property ready for bookings. This ensures fairness if an owner decides to stop shortly after starting.
