The contemporary furnishings, soft lighting, and inviting sofa make this space ideal for unwinding after a busy day. Plus, with super-fast WiFi, you can seamlessly work remotely, browse the web, or stream content without interruptions. The sleek, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook meals with ease, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, and a full set of cookware. The adjoining dining space is perfect for enjoying meals together or setting up a laptop for remote work. Bedrooms & Bathrooms Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with plush double beds, high-quality linens, and ample storage space for your belongings. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere. Master Bedroom: Enjoy the added convenience of an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink, making your stay even more comfortable. Second Bedroom: A bright and cosy space with a comfortable double bed, ideal for a restful night’s sleep. Main Bathroom: A modern, stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower, contemporary fittings, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries, providing a refreshing start or relaxing end to your day. Parking & Convenience For those travelling by car, the property includes a secured parking garage, offering peace of mind and easy access. Please note: Our flat sits in the lively centre of Norwich, with fantastic shops and restaurants just outside your door – perfect for soaking up the city's charm. As with any central location, there may occasionally be some evening sounds from nearby restaurants and their evening clear-down. Most guests say the unbeatable location more than makes up for it.We are a family-run corporate letting and serviced accommodation business who pride ourselves on offering the guest everything they need for an enjoyable stay whether it be for business or for pleasure.

House Rules - No smoking indoors (use outdoor areas & ashtrays provided). - No pets. - Please respect the property and leave it as you found it. - Quiet hours: 9 pm – 8 am (weekdays), 11 pm – 8 am (weekends). Damages We understand accidents happen! Let us know if anything breaks so we can replace it for the next guests. We won’t charge for minor breakages like crockery. Terms of Stay A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and we ask for ID to be provided. We take a security deposit or rental waiver for protection. Extras - Travel cot & high chair available for £30 (request 24 hours before check-in). - UK bed sizes apply.
