Our star rating guide
Airbnb stars don’t work like hotel stars. A 4-star hotel is a great hotel, but on Airbnb anything under 5 stars tells the platform something went wrong. Here’s how the scale actually works:
| ★★★★★ | A great stay, everything as expected |
| ★★★★★ | Some things need improving |
| ★★★★★ | There were real problems |
| ★★★★★ | Serious problems with the stay |
| ★★★★★ | This place shouldn’t be listed |
If anything wasn’t 5-star, please tell us before you leave your review, so we can put it right. Message us
Enjoyed your stay? Leave a review with the site you booked through, or on Google. Thank you, and safe travels.
