To keep our homes well-maintained and protect against accidental damage, we ask guests to choose between a refundable security deposit or a damage waiver before check-in.
To give you flexibility, you can choose one of these options:
£200 Refundable Security Deposit
- Pay a £200 deposit, which is fully refundable within 10 working days after check-out if no deductions apply.
- Covers accidental damage and incidentals during your stay.
- If no issues occur, the full amount is automatically refunded.

£18 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver
- Pay a one-time non-refundable £18 waiver fee instead of a deposit.
- Covers accidental damage up to £200 (e.g., spills, breakages, minor incidents).
- No deposit hold, no waiting for refund process—just peace of mind.
- Access to more funds during your stay.

Important Information
Please note that the damage waiver does not cover excessive cleaning, or deliberate damage—additional charges may apply.
Check-in details will be sent at 12 noon on check-in day once you’ve selected either the Security Deposit or Damage Waiver.
If your stay is over 28 nights we may require a larger security deposit in line with standard letting practices.
