We would love for you to have a risk-free break at the apartment, but there are a couple of points
that would be useful to know during your stay.
In case of fire
There is a fire extinguisher and fire blanket provided within the kitchen area.
If possible, do immediate first aid firefighting measures, but don’t put yourself at risk of injury. If the fire cannot be controlled, then vacate the apartment, and if able, please close windows and doors to prevent the spread of the fire.
Call 999 immediately and proceed to vacate the building. Do not use the lift, please use the stairs.
Each floor has a call point alarm and a smoke alarm. Upon seeing a call point, press this to raise the alarm so other residents can vacate safely. Whilst it is unlikely that you will need to evacuate the building for your safety, we suggest that you locate the above safety measures soon after your arrival.
*There are no scheduled fire alarm tests during guest stays, so if you hear an alarm, it is the real thing.
In case of Carbon Monoxide Alarm sounding
Evacuate the home immediately. If you are feeling unwell call 999 if it is an emergency.
If there are gas appliances in the property do NOT smoke, do NOT turn light switches on or off and
do NOT do anything to create a spark
Please call our emergency number outside of hours to advise us of the issue +44 7360 546033
In case of flood
Should there be a need to turn off the water within the apartment, this can be located under the sink in the kitchen.
In the case of electrical supply
The consumer unit (fuse box) can be found in the cupboard where the boiler is, to the left on entrance to the apartment, but if you have a power shortage, please contact [email protected] or call at 07360546033 and let us know about the issue.
First Aid
There is a first aid kit in the cupboard under the Kitchen sink. Please use what you need and message us so we can replace items for our future guests.
