Other things to note
As per airbnb guidelines I expect the property to be left as it is found. For reservations over 1 month a cleaner will be booked monthly at no extra cost, however any additional cleaning required or any oven cleans will be charged for as extra.
Lost keys will be charged for at £50 as they are special keys that have to be ordered from the management company.
Absolutely no smoking allowed inside the property or guests will be charged for upholstery/carpet/deep cleans.
