Located in Snetterton, just a short drive from Snetterton Race Track and Thetford Forest, the area is full of activities, from treetop thrills at Go Ape to scenic woodland walks.
The space
Thoughtfully styled for comfort, Fen Lane Farmhouse accommodates up to 10 guests, with 4 double beds, 1 single, and 1 sofa bed. Downstairs, the property features a bright open-plan living and dining area with two sofas, a coffee table, and a dining table, as well as a spacious kitchen with a second dining table that seats four and a breakfast bar with two stools. There is also an office space with a sofa bed, a double bedroom (wood burner not in use), a utility room, and a separate WC.
Upstairs, you’ll find a family bathroom with a separate bath, shower, and WC, a single bedroom with connecting access to two double bedrooms (no separating door), and an additional double bedroom with an en-suite featuring a shower over the bath and WC.
Outside, the property offers driveway access with parking for multiple vehicles, a private patio, and a large rear lawn. There is also shared green space with three smaller on-site holiday lets, ensuring plenty of room for all guests. A BBQ is available during the warmer months (please bring your own charcoal).
Guest access
You have full access to the entire property inside and out. The home is set over two floors with one flight of stairs.
