The space
Set within a private residential estate, Ashmans Hall enjoys a peaceful setting just minutes from Beccles town centre, with convenient access to the beautiful Suffolk coast.
This exceptional Georgian manor showcases elegant proportions, soaring ceilings, and striking architectural detail throughout. Highlights include the impressive entrance hall with its domed ceiling and sweeping imperial staircase.

The house comfortably accommodates up to 28 guests and offers:
9 individually styled bedrooms

Although the estate is private, there are neighbouring residential properties nearby. We kindly ask guests to be considerate of noise levels at all times.
Parties are not permitted; however, please contact us in advance to discuss any special requests.
A cleaning fee is included to ensure the property is fully prepared for your arrival, with fresh linens and towels provided.
Check-in details will be sent via email at 3pm on the day before your arrival.
A BBQ is available for guest use, with gas included. Please note that fireworks are not permitted.
