Located in town centre with designated parking, everything you need is right on your doorstep. In a great location close to amenities. Enjoy a cream tea or cake at Hatty's Tearoom, visit our favourite top-rated fish & chip shop, or try local seafood at Rocky Bottoms.
This second-floor apartment was renovated in July 2023, with style and comfort in mind. All furnishings and fittings were brand new.
There’s two spacious bedrooms with double beds along with a living area featuring a sofa (this is a double bed), wicker arm chairs coffee table & a smart TV - you will need to use your own streaming app log ins.
You will find a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC & a galley kitchen which hosts a breakfast bar & two stools.
The kitchen/ diner is a spacious, bright & airy.
There is one designated parking space at the rear of the property, please review the advert photos with reference to this. From the parking area, there is a gateway leading to a set of concrete set steps to the communal door at the rear of the property (these are steep, good mobility recommended), the second flight is within the communal corridor.

Here's some recommendations: Rocky Bottoms - local sea food & lovely outside seating area Hatty's tea rooms - treat yourself to a cream tea! No.1 - our favourite fish & chip restaurant, reserve a table overlooking the sea West Runton beach - a great spot for fossil hunting Cromer pier - blow away the cobwebs with a stroll along the pier, perhaps a spot of crabbing too!
A car is recommended to see all that Norfolk has to offer but not essential, there is a train line from Norwich and good bus links in and out of the town.
We own the two other apartments in the building, if you wish to book these for a larger group please get in touch!

The cleaning fee covers the preparation of the home for your stay, you will always check in to a clean space with freshly laundered towels and ben linen.
