Just a 10-minute walk from Norwich city centre, Trinity Cottage is a characterful 3-bedroom Georgian townhouse located on a peaceful street in the heart of the Golden Triangle. Unthank Road sits just at the end of the street, offering easy access to Norwich’s best-loved independent pubs, artisan bakeries, cafés and local shops, all within minutes on foot.
Inside, the house blends period charm with relaxed, modern comfort. Downstairs, the two original reception rooms have been opened into one spacious, connected living area. One end is set up as a cosy lounge with sofas that also extends as a double sofa bed to offer flexible sleeping option for larger group stays, and a 55” Smart TV that is ideal for unwinding, while the other end features a large round dining table with comfortable seating. It’s a perfect spot for gathering over a meal, playing games, or simply enjoying time together.
The kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays, including a dishwasher and a bean-to-cup De’Longhi coffee machine. From the kitchen, there’s access to the garden room, which also features a dining table, perfect for grabbing meals together. Just off the kitchen is a utility room with a washer, tumble dryer, and an additional WC with hand basin for added convenience.
All three bedrooms are located upstairs. Two of the rooms are generously sized and each is fitted with a super king-sized bed, ensuring maximum comfort. These beds feature award-winning Hypnos mattresses, the same brand trusted by many luxury hotels and even the Royal Family, renowned for their handcrafted quality, superior support, and restful night’s sleep. The third bedroom is a cosy single, perfect for a solo traveller or child. The main bathroom upstairs features an L-shaped bath with an overhead shower, and the master bedroom benefits from its own ensuite shower room this is ideal for getting ready quickly when travelling as a group.
At the rear of the property, the large, south-facing garden is a real highlight. It’s unusually spacious for a central Norwich property and offers a sunny, private courtyard area with outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ, ideal for al fresco meals or an evening drink.
Guests have full private access to the entire property and garden throughout their stay.
Parking is available via a hotel-style on-street permit. Being in such a central location, spaces can occasionally take a few minutes to find, but the permit allows you to park close by and gives peace of mind for unloading or coming and going during your stay.
