Damages:
We understand accidents happen! Let us know if anything breaks so we can replace it for the next guests. We won’t charge for minor breakages like crockery.
Terms of Stay:
A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and we ask for ID to be provided.
Extras:
- Travel cot & high chair available for £30 (request 24 hours before check-in).

Access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire house, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite, one family), a extra downstairs WC, living room, kitchen with dining area, and private garden. Free on-site parking for one vehicle is available. Self-check-in is provided via a secure key box.
Transit
Free on-site parking is available outside the property. The house is a short drive or bus ride to Norwich city centre, the hospital and the University of East Anglia. Regular buses run nearby, and the A47 is just minutes away for easy travel in and out of the city.
