On the ground floor, you'll find a bright, open-plan living space designed for comfort and connection. The lounge area is perfect for relaxing after a day out, while the adjoining kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays, with modern appliances, ample storage, and all the essentials. A stylish kitchen bar separates the cooking and living spaces, doubling as a casual dining area or an extra spot to work or socialise.
The home offers five comfortable double bedrooms, each thoughtfully styled and equipped with high-quality linens (with Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 5 also enjoying its own ensuite). For those working remotely or studying, many include dedicated workstations – giving you the space and focus you need during your stay.
There are three separate bathrooms in total and a WC.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all five bedrooms, the open-plan living area, kitchen, three bathrooms, and any available outdoor space. Self check-in is available via a secure key safe, allowing for flexible arrivals. You'll also have full use of the high-speed WiFi, kitchen appliances, laundry facilities and workspace areas.
Situated in a quiet, residential part of Norwich, the home is close to local shops, cafes and green spaces. You'll find supermarkets, takeaways and essentials just a short walk away. The peaceful location makes it ideal for longer stays, yet you're never far from the action.
Eaton Park, one of Norwich’s most popular green spaces, is just a few minutes away – perfect for morning walks or weekend strolls. You're also conveniently located for the University of East Anglia and Norfolk & Norwich Hospital, making this property a smart base for academic, medical or business visits.
The property is well connected for getting around Norwich and beyond. Regular bus routes operate nearby, offering direct links into the city centre, the University of East Anglia, and Norwich Research Park. If you're driving, on-street parking is available outside the property with no permit required. Norwich city centre is just a 10-minute drive away, and the train station can be reached in around 15 minutes by car or taxi.

Damages: We understand accidents happen! Let us know if anything breaks so we can replace it for the next guests. We won’t charge for minor breakages like crockery.
Terms of Stay: A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and we ask for ID to be provided.
Extras: - Travel cot & high chair available for £30 (request 24 hours before check-in). - UK bed sizes apply.
