The UEA is within walking distance, making it ideal for those visiting students or attending the university themselves. The Norfolk and Norwich Hospital is also just a short drive away, convenient for medical professionals or those visiting patients.
To reach 19 Osborne Road, Norwich, NR4 7BN, from the A11, follow these directions:
1. Approach Norwich on the A11: Continue on the A11 towards Norwich.
2. Enter Newmarket Road: As you approach the city, the A11 becomes Newmarket Road.
3. Turn onto Bluebell Road: After approximately 1 mile on Newmarket Road, turn left onto Bluebell Road.
4. Arrive at Osborne Road: Continue on Bluebell Road for about 0.5 miles, then turn right onto Osborne Road. Number 19 will be on your left.
Our stylishly refurbished 6-bedroom house located is conveniently on Osborne Road, a short walk to the University of East Anglia.
This house is perfectly equipped for both short and extended stays.

The kitchen area is the only communal living space, as there is no separate lounge. This area includes a shingled back garden which serves as a smoking area. The entire house is available for your use with no locked areas during your stay. For your safety, the house is equipped with a fire blanket, a carbon monoxide detector, and fire doors, ensuring compliance with the latest fire regulations.
