The ground floor features a spacious living room with two cosy sofas and a smart TV – a perfect place to relax after a day out or work. There’s also a dedicated office area for those needing to work remotely. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook for a group, with a separate utility room housing a washer, dryer, and extra storage. A downstairs WC adds convenience, and the ground-floor bedroom includes a super king-size zip-and-link bed that can be set up as two doubles, offering flexibility for different guest setups.
Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a super king-size zip-and-link bed which can be arranged as twin singles, along with an additional single bed – perfect for parents travelling with a child. You’ll also find five further bedrooms: one with a double bed, two with king-size zip-and-link beds, and two more with standard king or double beds. Whether you're travelling as couples, colleagues, or a mixed group, the sleeping arrangements can be configured to suit.

1. No smoking, please. (apart from the outside areas - use ashtrays provided) 2. Maintain the property in good repair during your stay (as you find it upon entry).
Quiet hours between 9 pm -8 am on a weekday and 11 pm - 8 am on a weekend.
We take great care of our homes, and to keep them in top condition, we ask for a small protection amount for each stay. You can choose the option that works best for you:
