The second bedroom has a single bed, making it ideal for a solo traveller, child, or additional guest. The main bathroom includes a bathtub with an overhead shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your comfort. Parking is completely hassle-free, with on-site spaces available directly at the property. There’s no need to worry about finding a spot, making it a convenient choice for guests travelling by car.The house is located in the Western part of Norwich and is within driving distance to the majority of restaurants, fresh markets, supermarkets.
However, Norfolk is a big area, with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests hire their own transport to see all Norfolk has to offer.

By the time you arrive, you’ll have a key code sent to you by email. This email will have a code from the key box and all necessary instructions on how to access the property. But just in case you have any questions we are always a call away.
While you may have the house to yourself, you won’t be alone when it comes to planning your trip. We are more than happy to help you with local activities and recommendations.
We do have several rules to make sure we keep our properties in the best condition for your arrival. 1. No smoking, please. (apart from the outside areas - use ashtrays provided) 2. No pets. 3. Maintain the property in good repair during your stay (as you find it upon entry). Quiet hours between 9 pm -8 am on a weekday and 11 pm - 8 am on a weekend.

The stair gate is inside the cupboard in the master bedroom wardrobe - let us know if you want us to put this up for you before your stay.
