The living area is cosy and inviting, featuring comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with Freeview. Plus, WiFi is available for your convenience! At the back of the apartment, there’s a lovely separate sleeping area with a snug double bed and a small built-in wardrobe to store your belongings. You’ll also appreciate the small but convenient bathroom, which includes a shower for your comfort.

Unthank Road is located about a 10-15 minute walk or a short bus ride from Norwich city centre, giving you easy access to some of the city’s main attractions.

Several bus routes run along Unthank Road, offering regular services to Norwich city centre, Norwich Train Station, and other key parts of the city. The frequent buses make it easy to explore the city without a car.

For those driving, Unthank Road provides easy access to the A11 and A47, connecting you to the rest of Norfolk and beyond.

House Rules: - No smoking indoors (use outdoor areas & ashtrays provided). - No pets. - Please respect the property and leave it as you found it. - Quiet hours: 9 pm – 8 am (weekdays), 11 pm – 8 am (weekends).

Damages: We understand accidents happen! Let us know if anything breaks so we can replace it for the next guests. We won’t charge for minor breakages like crockery.

Terms of Stay: A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and we ask for ID to be provided.

Extras: - Travel cot & high chair available for £30 (request 24 hours before check-in). - UK bed sizes apply.
