Fen Lane Retreat - A Modern Countryside Escape
It offers a relaxing escape, ideal for gatherings with friends and family, located near Snetterton Circuit. Just a short drive from High Lodge Thetford, you can enjoy outdoor adventures like running, climbing, and cycling through the forest, or try activities such as the Go Ape treetop challenge and paintball. The spacious garden is perfect for a picnic and enjoying the fresh air, providing the ideal blend of nature and relaxation.
The property is designed with comfort in mind and can accommodate 6 guests (2 double beds, 1 single bed, and a sofa bed).
All on the ground floor, there is a stylish open-plan living and dining area with a sofa (sofa bed), a coffee table, and a dining table. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you might need.
Walking through the hallway, you will find 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom. There is a bathroom with a WC and a shower over the bath and an en suite with a shower.
Enjoy the natural light through the large windows or relax in the courtyard in the sun.
Outside: You can drive down the long driveway from the road and take the right fork. There is parking for multiple cars in front of the property. Around the back, there is a private patio and a large lawn. The green space is shared among our 3 other holiday rentals on the same site, providing enough space for everyone.

Parking is outside of the main farmhouse, there's a minute walk through a courtyard to the annex.
Other holiday annexes are next door, each designed to be as private as possible. If you wish to book these for a larger group, get in touch! The large garden to the rear of the site is shared, with enough space for all.
The property is set over one ground floor with a few steps in and out.
The cleaning fee covers the home preparation for your stay - You will always check in to a clean space to relax and enjoy your time in the home.
