After a day exploring Norwich, retreat to two beautifully designed bedrooms, each offering the perfect blend of comfort and style—featuring Hypnos beds, the same world-renowned mattresses found in luxury hotels. Guests staying here have easy access to the main bathroom, which features a bathtub with an overhead shower, WC, and basin—perfect for a relaxing soak or a quick refresh.

Check-in & Access:
You’ll receive an email with your key box code and full check-in instructions before arrival. If you have any questions, we’re just a call away.
House Rules:
- No smoking indoors (use outdoor areas & ashtrays provided).
- No pets.
- Please respect the property and leave it as you found it.
- Quiet hours: 9 pm – 8 am (weekdays), 11 pm – 8 am (weekends).
Damages:
We understand accidents happen! Let us know if anything breaks so we can replace it for the next guests. We won’t charge for minor breakages like crockery.
Terms of Stay:
A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and we ask for ID to be provided.
Extras:
- Travel cot & high chair available for £30 (request 24 hours before check-in).
- UK bed sizes apply.
