This stylish home is designed to cater to the needs of working professionals. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything required to prepare meals, while the dining area comfortably seats four. After a long day, relax in the living room, which features a cosy sofa and a Smart TV.

The two bedrooms provide versatile sleeping arrangements. One room features a double bed, while the second room has twin beds that can be zipped together to form a king-sized bed upon request. Fresh linens and towels are provided for your convenience.

For those working remotely, the dedicated workspace with a door ensures privacy and focus, while high-speed WiFi (up to 255mbps) allows for seamless video calls and online work.

The modern bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower, along with complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. A washing machine is also available, making longer stays more convenient.

Free on-street permit parking is available, making it easy for guests travelling by car.

The property is a 13-minute drive to Norwich's central bus station where you have quick links to the coast, the Broads and surrounding towns and villages.

The property is on the main road in and out of the city centre, easy to find!

However, Norfolk is a big area, with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests hire their own transport to see all Norfolk has to offer.

And one of the cheapest rates for car hire that we found is “Norwich Car Hire” - we suggest you book your car as soon as possible to make sure you do not miss the opportunity.

By the time you arrive, you’ll have a key code sent to you by email. This email will have a code from the key box and all necessary instructions on how to access the property. But just in case you have any questions we are always a call away.

While you may have the house to yourself, you won’t be alone when it comes to planning your trip. We are more than happy to help you with local activities and recommendations.

We do have several rules to make sure we keep our properties in the best condition for your arrival. 1. No smoking, please. (apart from the outside areas - use ashtrays provided) 2. No pets. 3. Maintain the property in good repair during your stay (as you find it upon entry). Quiet hours between 9 pm -8 am on a weekday and 11 pm - 8 am on a weekend.

We take great care of our homes, and to keep them in top condition, we ask for a small protection amount for each stay. You can choose the option that works best for you:

  • Refundable Security Deposit – Fully refunded within 10 working days after check-out if no deductions apply.

Guest Verification: To ensure a safe and secure stay for all, we kindly ask for a valid form of ID from the lead guest before check-in.

The stair gate is inside the cupboard in the master bedroom wardrobe - let us know if you want us to put this up for you before your stay.

We require digitally signed terms of stay the first time you book with us - send via an email link. This helps to ensure the property is kept in excellent condition for all our lovely guests to enjoy.

Travel Cot is available on request. Please let us know 24 hours before check-in if you require the travel cot & high chair. There is a small charge of £30 for this service. *Bed sizes are based in UK * As this is a Victorian terraced house - the stairs are on the steeper side.
