The first-floor apartment has been newly renovated with style and comfort in mind, featuring all brand-new furnishings and fittings.
It includes two spacious bedrooms with double beds and a living/dining area with a double sofa bed, a dining table, a coffee table, and a smart TV (please use your streaming app log-ins). The bathroom offers a shower over the bath and a WC, while the galley kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar and two stools.
The property has one designated parking space at the rear. Please take a look at the photos for reference. A gateway leads to a set of steep concrete steps from the parking area to the communal door at the rear (good mobility is recommended), with a second flight of steps within the communal corridor.

No.1 - our favourite fish & chip restaurant, reserve a table overlooking the sea West Runton beach - a great spot for fossil hunting Cromer pier - blow away the cobwebs with a stroll along the pier, perhaps a spot of crabbing too!
A car is recommended to see all that Norfolk has to offer but not essential, there is a train line from Norwich and good bus links in and out of the town.
We also own the two other apartments in the building. If you're travelling with a larger group and would like to book them, please get in touch!

Just so you know, the smart TV only offers streaming services; it does not have terrestrial channels.
The cleaning fee ensures that the home is prepared for your stay with freshly laundered towels and bed linen.
