We understand how important it is to have flexibility when planing your trip. That's why its great to know that you are in control with only a 20% deposit required at the time of booking and the balance can be paid at anytime up to 5 days before check-in.

Do you do a discount for booking for long periods?
Yes, this is possible depending on the length of stay, large discounts can be applied for you when booking direct.
Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately we do not allow pets in any of our properties.
Do you allow smoking in any of your properties?
We allow smoking in the designated outside smoking area of properties with access to outside spaces.
Are any of your properties shared spaces?
No, we let you the entire property for the duration of your stay. No one else has access, and you are always notified at least 24 hours prior should our cleaning or maintenance team require access.
Do you take a security deposit? if so how does this work?
Yes, we hold a pre-authorised £100 deposit on the credit or debit card used to pay the balance of your reservation. This is held on the day of check in and is released upon our cleaning team confirming no incidental damage has occurred. We Notify you with-in 24 hours of check out if there is any instances of damage. When we release the security deposit It may take up to 14 days to be accessible in your account.r
Can we order deliveries to the properties?
Yes we allow take-aways and small deliveries during your stay. Please be aware that for larger items we would ask that you inform us prior to ordering. We cannot accept any responsibility for items that arrive before or after your stay.
What are your cancellation policies?
We allow free cancelation up to 5 days prior to check-in, after this point we retain 50% of the reservation. We retain 100% of the reservation for ‘no-shows’ who do not turn up for their reservation by midnight on the day of check-in .
When making a reservation, how much do I need to pay up front?
We take 20% of your reservation upfront and the balance prior to check-in via a link that is 3D secure and sent to you before check-in .
