The property is only for you – no one else has access during your stay.
It’s self-check-in, so you can schedule your time according to your own plans.
All important details will also be shared with you before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in.
We are a family-run corporate letting and serviced accommodation business that prides itself on offering guests everything they need for an enjoyable stay, whether for business or pleasure.
We are very experienced and professional, the level of interaction is decided by you.

As this is a Victorian terraced house – the stairs are on the steeper side.
By the time you arrive, you’ll have a key code sent to you, and you will have all the necessary instructions on how to access the property, but just in case you have any questions, we are always available.
While you may have the house to yourself, you won’t be alone when it comes to planning your trip. We are more than happy to help you with local activities and recommendations.
We do have several rules to make sure we keep our properties in the best condition for your arrival.
1. No smoking inside, please. (use the outside areas & ashtrays provided)
2. No pets please.
3. Maintain the property in good repair during your stay (as you find it upon entry).
Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am on weekdays and 11 pm and 8 am on weekends.
We kindly ask that if anything does get broken to let us know before check-out. We are very understanding and responsible for keeping the property in good repair for all our guests.

Travel Cot is available on request.
