A brand new five-bedroom home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in NR4, bright, fresh and noticeably more spacious than most older properties, with barely any passing traffic to disturb your rest.
It works two ways. A team of five can take a bedroom each and never share. A family or group travelling as couples can sleep up to nine.
The bedrooms
With the en suite, a family bathroom featuring a separate bath and walk-in shower, and a downstairs WC, nobody is waiting around in the morning. Please note the bath and all showers are on the first floor, so the house best suits guests comfortable using stairs.
The kitchen is the showpiece
Whether it's a quick breakfast before a shift or everyone cooking together on a Friday night, this room makes it easy. It stretches the full depth of the house, with bay windows filling the front with light and French doors opening onto the patio at the back. It's kitted out properly: American fridge freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, air fryer, toaster and kettle, with a dining table, plenty of workspace, and a small utility room with iron, ironing board and hair dryer, because life carries on even when you're away.
Across the hall is the lounge with two comfortable sofas and a smart TV with soundbar, and outside you have a fully enclosed back garden with patio seating for four and a small lawned area, safe for little ones and quiet enough for a drink after work.
Work, rest and get moving
The location takes the stress out of the daily routine. The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital is just a 3-minute drive, Norwich Research Park is 4 minutes, and the UEA is about 6 minutes, so early starts don't have to mean early alarms. The nearest supermarket is a 5 min drive for the weekly shop, and WiFi tested at 293 Mbps means video calls home and evening streaming are never a struggle.
The driveway holds two to three vehicles, with free unrestricted parking directly outside, so nobody is hunting for a space at the end of a long day. The A47 is a few minutes away, connecting you across Norfolk in every direction, with the A11 towards Cambridge and London picked up nearby. Norwich city centre is around a 14-minute drive, and it's worth the trip: the Lanes for independent shops and cafes, the market, the cathedral quarter and a proper choice of pubs and restaurants. In the other direction, the Broads and the coast make an easy day off. Bus links to this part of NR4 are still limited, so we recommend bringing a car.
The practical bits
Security deposit and damage waiver
All stays require either a refundable security deposit of £200, returned after check-out subject to the property being left as found, or a non-refundable damage waiver of £18, which covers accidental damage during your stay. The waiver does not cover deliberate damage, smoking, or breaches of house rules. We don't charge for minor accidental breakages either way, just let us know so we can sort it before the next guest arrives.
