Five bedrooms and five bathrooms means every team member gets their own room and their own bathroom, so no queueing in the morning. Each bedroom comes with a 40-inch smart TV, a desk, storag, hanging space and each room is lockable. Communal kitchen detailed further below.
Parking is on site through the arch under the house, with room for up to three vans around Renault Traffic size. Anything taller fits easily on the free street parking right outside.
The space
Step through the front door and you are in the hallway, with the stairs ahead and the first bedroom to your right, this first of five bedrooms features a 4-foot double bed.
Next room is the communal kitchen, and it is properly equipped. Oven, hob, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a full set of crockery. You could cook a roast dinner here if the mood took you. A small table pulls out to seat four, with fold-out chairs in the cupboard when the whole crew eats together.
Off the kitchen sits the utility room with a washer dryer and an American style fridge freezer with a large integrated freezer, ideal for a big shop on longer stays. A cupboard here holds the iron, ironing board and clothes airer. At the very rear of the ground floor is the first shower room, allocated to the ground floor bedroom, and from the utility you step out onto a small patio with a table for sitting out. This is also the smoking area to the rear.
Upstairs, the landing splits three ways. Directly ahead is a bathroom with an overhead shower, serving the single bedroom to your left. To the right is the second small double with its own en-suite shower room, and at the front of the house are two more small doubles, both with en-suite shower rooms too. Every bedroom has storage and blackout curtains fitted, so early starts and late finishes will not cost anyone a proper night's sleep.

Guests have full, private access to the entire home throughout their stay.

This property does not have a lounge/living room area.
This property contains terraced home style stairs .
So that we keep our properties in the best condition for your arrival, we kindly ask:
1. No smoking inside please. (fine in the outside areas - use ashtrays provided)
2. Maintain the property in good repair during your stay (as you find it upon entry).
3. Quiet hours between 9 pm -8 am on a weekday and 11 pm - 8 am on a weekend.
Guest Verification: To ensure a safe and secure stay for all, we kindly ask for a valid form of ID from the lead guest before check-in.
The house allows dogs as we understand, some workers like to bring their furry friend, however not on the furniture please.
There is a small fee of £23 per stay for bringing a dog, please note the garden is not secure.
When you book, there is an option between a refundable £200 security deposit or non-refundable, £18 rental waiver fee to ensure the stay is fully protected to ensure the stay is fully protected.
